7/6/18 EAGLE ALERT (Statesboro Campus): OFF CAMPUS Robbery
Around 6:20 p.m., an armed robbery occurred OFF campus at Subway on Chandler Road adjacent to the Statesboro Campus.
Around 6:30 p.m., a second attempted armed robbery occurred OFF campus adjacent to the Statesboro Campus at the Two Guys Package Shop in College Plaza off of Fair Road.
The offender for both incidents was a black male with a white t-shirt or towel wrapped around his head and wearing a white t-shirt, cargo shorts and black boots with white paint on them.
There have been no incidents reported near on on the Armstrong Campus.
