Extended Leadership Team

This group serves as a bridge between Executive Leadership and departments within the Business & Finance Division. As leaders within the organization, this group works cross-functionally to identify value creation opportunities, serves as change leaders for the Division, and acts as a conduit for quickly cascading information to their respective teams. This group includes Directors, AVPs, or Assistant Directors.  The group helps to ensure communication is driven down to all levels within the division and also helps the VP set the standard on what it means to be a leader within the division, set expectations, and hold leaders accountable to that standard.

Inclusive Excellence Committee

Charged with developing and implementing the Division’s Inclusive Excellence Action Plan, this committee helps cultivate a culture of Inclusive Excellence. In keeping with the University’s mission to promote an equitable, diverse, and inclusive community, this group strives to eliminate institutional barriers for underrepresented groups and to embrace, value, and appreciate the diversity of students, staff, faculty, administrators, and alumni across our campuses.

Engagement Team

This group is selected by Executive Leadership to help ensure that we are fully engaged with your teams and to help facilitate discussion opportunities and relationship building across the entire division. This group is instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement in Business & Finance and cultivating a work environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work. Team members are selected for one-year appointments and meet monthly.
