Facilities Project Request
If you would like to have a project evaluated, please use the link provided below to submit a Facilities Project Request to Facilities Services. After opening the link, simply click “Add Document” and complete all sections of the form, then click “Submit Form”. After submitting a request, a Facilities project manager will be assigned to the project. They will evaluate the project and have an estimate completed.
Once the estimate is completed, the form will be routed electronically back to the appropriate departmental budget approver. If approved, the form will be routed electronically to the appropriate vice president for final approval. When approved, a project manager in facilities services will contact you to schedule a kickoff meeting.
Please keep in mind that projects greater than $100,000 are subject to competitive bidding and should allow additional time for the project to be completed. If you have any questions regarding the Project Request form, please do not hesitate to contact Matthew Shingler at 478-5752.

When needing items requiring fabric selection, furniture finish, or other detail, please submit a Facilities Project Request.
By using our design services in the selection process, the product delivered will meet the needs of the department and prevent possible problems where vendors do not allow the return of certain items.
