  • A new building for ROTC located behind lot 41 and next to University Police Department.

• Building 404 Renovation
  • Building 404 renovation is the renovation of the old Health Center. After the building is renovated half of the building will be a part of the counseling center. The other half that has a dividing wall will have SHE classes and offices.
• District Chiller Plant No. 2
• JI Clements Renovations
  • Renovation to the field and suites. A new video board and sound systems is being installed, too.
• Russell Union HVAC Upgrades
  • Upgrading HVAC system in the Russell Union during the Summer 2017

• Math/Physics Greenhouse relocation
• Provost Office Renovation in Marvin Pittman Building
• Expansion of District Chiller Plant No. 1
  • Expanding District Chiller plant No. 1 located behind the Information Technology Building.
• Math/ Physics and Natural Sciences Fire Detection and Suppression upgrade
  • New smoke and heat detectors are going to be installed in both Math/ Physics and Natural Sciences buildings. A sprinkler system will be installed into the Natural Sciences Building.
