Service Response Center
The Service Response Center (SRC) manages all requests for repairs assigned to Facilities Services. The SRC provides information on the current status of requests once a work order number is issued to the requester. When the work is completed, the SRC sends the requester a completion notification.
Requests for maintenance can be submitted on the Work Order Request form. All fields on the request form must be completed. For emergency repairs and maintenance between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, call extension 8-5825 on Statesboro Campus and 4-2545 on Armstrong Campus. At other times, telephone Public Safety at extension 8-5234.
