Service Response Center
The Service Response Center (SRC) manages all requests for repairs assigned to Physical Plant for the operation and maintenance of campus facilities. It functions as the single point of contact for the campus community to request ALL Physical Plant services. It is here that all maintenance and renovation requests are first reviewed. The scope of work is assessed, funding sources identified, priorities determined, and work orders are issued to the appropriate shops for scheduling. The SRC provides information on the current status of requests once a work order number is issued to the requester. When the work is completed, the SRC sends the requester a completion report with an evaluation form that can be used to provide feedback on the quality and responsiveness of the service provided.
Requests for maintenance can be submitted on the Service Request Form. All fields on the request form must be completed. For emergency repairs and maintenance between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, call extension 8-5825. At other times, telephone Public Safety at extension 8-5234.
