Contractors/Vendor Badge Procedures
All Contractors/Vendors must contact Facilities/FPD&C the day before coming on campus to visit, do construction or repairs. All contractors and vendors must receive a visitor/contractor badge before going on campus. Any department arranging repairs or construction please notify Facilities/FPD&C by e-mail with the contractor/repair information. If you see anyone in your area not wearing a badge or being escorted by a University employee please contact Facilities/FPD&C immediately. Any vendors or contractors not following these procedures will be escorted off campus by University Police.
