We will take ownership of our work areas and work products and be held accountable to ourselves, our teammates, and the customers we serve. We will always make decisions that are in the best interest of the University and for those who live, work, and visit here.
Innovation – We will continue to assess and improve our processes, learning from our mistakes. We will seek out learning opportunities, best practices, and new technologies that enhance the way we function as individuals and as a team.

Open communication and dialogue must occur, without the fear of judgment. We also realize the importance of engagement with the University and our customers. Employees are encouraged to participate in University events, sit on University committees, and bring to the table ideas on how the department can better serve the community.
