11/18/18 TIMELY WARNING (Armstrong Campus): Shots Fired Off Campus
From the Georgia Southern University Office of Public Safety:
Around 12:49 a.m., Savannah Police advised of possible shots fired in the area of Abercorn Street and Apache Drive. No further information at this time.

11/9/18 TIMELY WARNING (Statesboro Campus): Robbery on Campus
Around 7 p.m., a robbery occurred on the Statesboro Campus at the C/E/J overflow lot. The witness stated the suspect was headed toward Southern Courtyard on Knight Drive. Anyone with information should contact the University Police Department at 912-478-5234.
8/13/18 Timely Warning (Armstrong Campus): Suspect on Campus
On August 13, at approximately 2:08 p.m., University Police officers assisted Savannah Police Department officers in apprehending a domestic violence subject who ran from Savannah PD officers on the soccer fields, in the rear of campus.
7/13/18 Timely Warning (Armstrong Campus): Armed robbery OFF campus
On July 12, around 11:49 p.m., an armed robbery occurred OFF campus at the Murphy Express gas station on Rio Road and Abercorn Street. The subject is described as a black male, 5’4”-5’8” tall, dressed in all black and armed with a small weapon. The suspect fled in an unknown direction.
